Photo Of The Day: April 25, 2009

It's hitting 80 degrees today at the Jersey Shore, so I thought I'd provide a very unusual view of it. What makes it unusual is that it's taken from the South tower of Twin Lights -- the tower that's off-limits to the public. Most photographs are taken from the North tower, and they're certainly dramatic enough. But to get the other tower in the photo, you have to look South towards Sea Bright -- still a dramatic photo in its own way. But this shot shows the inside of one tower, the entirety of another tower, and Sandy Hook stretching North to New York City.
