This picture of a man leading his boat into deeper water makes me think that he is wistfully realizing that the Summer of 2008 is officially over, and that he is trying to take in every last moment of his experience. The good news for all of us is that in just nine short months, after a chilly autumn and a long, harsh winter, Summer will indeed be here again.
